Footer reorganization and making them more consistent

These are more ideas to be implemented along with the donation specific changes mentioned in #29.

1. On kde.org sites both the header and footer/resources contains an entry for "Help" this one I just wanted to point out, but could stay
2. In the "News & Press" column there is the "Miscellaneous Stuff" entry linking to: https://kde.org/stuff/, which is completely redundant.
   • Books on KDE (pointing to: https://community.kde.org/Books) should really be moved to the MetaStore where the 20 years of kde book is already listed
   • KDE MetaStore, already lives in the footer (and would even after the donation revamp)
   • KDE Code of Conduct, already lives in the footer/resources
   • Thank Yous, already has a link to it on the donations page, which is a more appropriate place for it
   • KDE Clipart, this link could replace the "Miscellaneous Stuff" entry entirely, and would be a great fit under news and press
3. The products column could have an entry for devices that ship with plasma (though i don't know if that would be the right place for it, since they are not neccessearly made by kde)
4. The following sites I found have differing footers than the rest of kde.org, maybe consider bringing them more in line, since they live on the same domain.

There will be sites that I have missed, If any more are found, I will update the list.
