Remove custom plugins entry
Developing custom (out-of-tree) plugins is not something we support. We don't install the necessary headers, we don't have a (officially) stable plugin ABI and on Android there is no way to even install custom plugins. Furthermore, the linked wiki is not even about custom plugins
