The blog doesn't show any entries for any languages other than English

For some reason, for any languages other than English, the blog list shows up empty. It should fallback to the English translated ones if it isn't translated.

ex. https://plasma-mobile.org/fr/blog/

Any ideas on how we can fix this @phunh?
