More settings: Ide key and launch browser

Ide key, let's you choose which ide key will be used by the launched browser. It is mandatory when you use a dbgp proxy, not implemented in this plugin yet, though.

Launch browser checkbox is to choose if browser must be run every session. Sometimes you don't want to launch browser each time you start/stop a session, and prefer to do it manually.
