Do not repeat plasma version if it's LTS

Right now we're getting this message:

Please note that Plasma 5.26.5 will not be supported for much longer by KDE; supported versions are 5.27, and 5.27 or newer.

This is due to 5.27 being both the latest plasma release and lts. Thus, this MR does not include ", and 5.27" if it's already listed in the lts.

However, note that I wasn't able to test the code (no idea how I'd try to!), so please review this to check if it's correct :)
