    * Rename table 'Roster' to 'roster'
* Use camelCase consistently within the whole database
* Remove unused roster columns 'lastExchanged' and 'lastMessage'
* Rename database file 'messages.sqlite3' to 'kaidan.sqlite3'
* Rename old database files
