Port Experiment (Shape) Engine to Lager

Before this commit, Experiment (in code) or Shape (in GUI) Engine was not fully ported to Lager: it used one already ported paintop option, but the ExperimentOption wasn't ported. This commit ports both the ExperimentOption and the PaintopSettings and PaintopWidget to use the new ExperimentOpOptionData/Widget/Model system.
