Add kf5-ki18n-devel and kf5-kcoreaddons-devel for required Fedora packages

Hello, while I was following the Setting up and getting started Page, I noticed that kf5-ki18n-devel and kf5-kcoreaddons-devel were required as well before I was able to compile the project.
