HIG: Don't mention devicePixelRatio at all, remove mentions of Plasma units

There's almost no good use cases for this, and it shouldn't be prominently displayed here (even with a warning.) Plasma units are no longer relevant, and it makes it a tiny bit clearer that these fake units are only to be used for mockup purposes.
