remove reference to kdesrc-run, add tip on run

There was still a reference to kdesrc-run which appears to have been removed. This has been updated to kdesrc-build --run as with other usages.

Adds a tip about specifying an executable name as the error message was not immediately obvious; this will make it easier to search for.
