HIG/Icons: Make punctuation consistent etc.

Note that a lot of the changes are changing "---" to "space emdash space". However, https://develop.kde.org/hig/icons/colorful/application/ used "; ", which is possibly preferable. Maybe someone can decide - I'm happy to change the MR.
