StaticMessages.sh: Make it be a bit less verbose

  • Check dir exists before trying to mv Otherwise we get annoying mv: cannot stat '/tmp/tmp.lTEeupDJL2/nb': No such file or directory

  • Don't print the dir each run We look at scripty dirs by looking at the diff between runs and the po dir is random so it's unnecessary noise
