Updating the chapter Compositions

New chapter "Transitions and Compositions" created. Folder "effects_and_compositions" renamed to "effects_and_filters", new folder "transitions_and_compositions" created with several sub-folders. All links to effects and filters updated, as well as to transitions and compositions. New tile in Kdenlive Manual for Transitions and Compositions, and tile for Effects and Filters updated.
