Add all leftover documentation from graphics/krita

This MR brings in all of Dmitry's old docs from graphics/krita:

• the Strokes documentation
• some notes about SVG extensions.

I maintained the GFDL licensing, so I'd like @dkazakov to confirm that everything is OK.
