Remove outdated info about making changes to Krita Manual

Agata Cacko requested to merge tymond/docs-krita-org:tiar/remove_outdated_making_changes_information into master

Three changes here:

  • remove "Sending patches to Phabricator" because it won't work now (Phabricator's source is I think outdated?)

  • remove image from "WebIDE" section because it contains an error (it should show the fork's address, not the official one)

  • add note "it will only work if you have no push access" in the "Edit mode" section
