Add new resources to resource page

Adds:

  • Vector Libraries: (1) compositions templates, (2) feather icons
  • Templates: Storyboard

Changes the link to Concept Art & Illustration as per https://krita-artists.org/t/concept-art-illustration-bundle/7448

I hope it's a good direction - I was thinking for some time that it would be cool if the Resources page had also other kinds of resources, like vector libraries, custom templates, workspaces, themes, etc...

Note: since it doesn't touch plugins, there should be no issues/conflicts with the whole plugins situation.
