minor content reorganization

-Moved "Supported Tablets" section to below "What are Tablets?" section -Added link to question in FAQ regarding krita for ipad/ios

I think moving this section will make it easier for users to find this information, and I think it makes more sense to have it before presenting information about common tablet pitfalls.
