Expand overview docker page with "angle selector" and "pin navigation controls" (5.0)

Deif Lou requested to merge deiflou/docs-krita-org:deiflou/hide_controls_overview_docker into master

Adds a line about the angle selector and another about the new pin controls.

The angle selector was introduced in 4.4.3 and the "pin navigation controls" is in master. So, should I just make 2 separate MRs to merge the angle selector info right now and the pin controls later?
