Change highlight color to light blue

I really don't like the current highlight color (harsh yellow) and I was told it's either difficult or impossible to make it not highlight at all, so I changed the color to light blue. The color choice on my part was arbitrary, if someone has some nicer idea, I'll be in. The blue can be a bit more intense if needed, just let's not make it as intense as the old color was.

Moreover I removed the padding, since it was another thing that made it harder to read. Problem is that sometimes the word highlighted is just a part of actual word, so the padding makes a weirdly big space in the middle of the word.
