Basic page for the recorder docker. Pinging @emmetoneill, @eoinoneill and @knowzero because I am missing some things here.

TODO:

figure out...

  • Capture Interval? How does this relate to strokes?
  • Options-> Record in Isolate Mode?
  • Export -> Input FPS: The tooltip for this is kinda engrish, and uses 'speedpaint' instead of timelapse.
  • Export -> resize, what does this do?
  • Unsure what to do with the 'render as' option as it's super specific, are these shared between the different ffmpeg options?
  • Also add screenshots.
