Add more documentation for 2pp assistant

Modified the wording to better explain the intended usefulness of the 2pp assistant.

Also added tips for invoking the Ctrl, Ctrl+Shift, and Alt behaviours since it was previously undocumented.

The documentation for this assistant is consistent with the current stable Krita release.
