Overhaul KCM docs

Nicolas Fella requested to merge nicolasfella/docs-plasma-mobile-org:kcm into master
  • Include a more complete example
  • Make it less specific for mobile
  • Link to api.kde.org where appropriate

There is some formatting weirdness where text after a code block is displayed differently. Any idea how to solve that?

Ideally the whole thing will end up in a place not specific to mobile.
