General HIG Polishing

Things changed here:

  • Writing style is more consistent
  • Capitalization is more consistent
  • Engrish has been replaced with understandable English
  • Some images are edited to look nicer
  • Visible bugs with formatting fixed
  • Formatting changed to not highlight random things that don't need emphasis anymore
  • GOOD/BAD labels replaced with Do/Do Not labels, ones lacking captions have captions added
  • Some key/value lists are now tables where appropriate

With the amount of files changed and pages to look at, there's probably some things I missed, but I've at least given every page in the HIG a look and changed what I noticed to be lacking.
