fractions: add 2 activities
First activity is to select the good number of parts on a chart to have the asked number.
Second activity is to find a fraction from a chart (either selected items on a pie chart or a rectangle).
The MR is to discuss about the datasets content and the different pedagogical texts. Graphical update will be done once merged.
To be discussed:

we can set the start angle of the split of the pie (so horizontal instead of vertical, 45°...). Is it interesting? -
I haven't added randomized dataset, it could be interesting. Also, having sublevels per categories to avoid having 40 levels could help? -
The fraction displayed in the Create fractions
may not be useful (or have it like a hint instead)?
