drawing it in a square.
- On resizing the window, the diagram is stretched (with the X/Y limits
  remaining the same).
- The axis scaling dialog (used for printing) is now gone. Once printing works
  again in KDE, I intend to replace the scaling options with options to specify
  the printed image size.
- The fonts and lines no longer change size when KmPlot's window is resized.
  This (IMHO) is far nicer and easier to work with.
