private, added accessor methods, renamed existing access methods.

bugfix:  KStars clock was running slow; reimplemented time handling
to fix.  Other minor tweaks.

Removed useless "#include"s of KDE3-only headers.  These headers are
never used by KStars, so all they do is break KDE2 compatibility for
no reason.
