This appeared only now because the old timezone method actually used backward timezones.
IOW, TZ(old) = -1.0*TZ(new).  Fixed all equations that use TZ.  Also, using the N,S,E,W, or Z
keys to change the focus while tracking an object did not disengage tracking, so the display would pop back
to the tracked object on the next screen refresh.  Fixed.  Updated the KStars splashscreen
banner.
