align filter selection does not update when filter is switched.

I'm not sure if this is by design, but I've found that the filter in the align module does not update after a filter is switched. I noticed this when using the manual filter module. When I switch filters it shows up in capture and focus, but align does not update. I've made a simple fix that I can submit, I'd like to verify that this is a bug though.
