`ISD::CCD::generateFilename` storage test creates a real file
When ISD::CCD::generateFilename
checks whether it may write its frame to the intended storage location, it uses the target file name. For some setups, this may incorrectly trigger external listeners with a file that is immediately removed.
It would be better to test the storage availability with another method, at a minimum with a file extension different from the frame format.
