Bugfix for new placeholder values

Wolfgang Reissenberger requested to merge wreissenberger/kstars:bugfix_placeholder_temp_etc into master

The placeholders for pier side, camera temperature, gain and offset had been introduced, but they were only displayed correctly in the preview. When storing a captured frame, the file name evaluation did not work for the new values. This should be fixed.
