HFR Adj Bug

John Evans requested to merge johnevans/kstars:hfradj into master

Previously HFR Adj was ignoring stars where peak < average background. Although, logically a star peak should not exceed the background, it appears that for some data sets this removes too many stars. Fix is to not adjust, but retain, these stars with their original HFR values.

This only affects the "HFR Adj" focus measure.
