Focus UI Refactor

John Evans requested to merge johnevans/kstars:guirefactor into master

Refactor of Focus UI. Currently tab widget is replaced by a combination of KConfigDialog (as used in Align and Guide) and a tools section for the Aberration Inspector, CFZ and Focus Advisor which now have their own dialogs.

Advantages: initial Focus screen is "cleaner". Focus now operates similarly to Align and Guide

Disadvantages: more popups floating about usual problems of popups on Mac
