Bugfix for INDI button activation

Wolfgang Reissenberger requested to merge wreissenberger/kstars:bugfix_indi_window_button into master

This fixes the issue that in case the "do not show INDI window on startup" was not selected, the INDI button in the KStars taskbar was disabled. With this fix, the button is enabled as soon as there has been at least one device been recognized.
