Bug fix connecting Ekos mount instead of ISD mount to MF state engine

Wolfgang Reissenberger requested to merge wreissenberger/kstars:bugfix_mount_mfstate into master

The MF state engine needs to get mount status from the Ekos mount object, since this sends additional state updates. Connecting only the ISD mount object could lead to problems starting a meridian flip.

This problem could be detected when the log shows the entry No meridian flip: mount not tracking.

Additionally, the bug 479457 has been addressed.
