Bug fix for resetting dithering counter

Wolfgang Reissenberger requested to merge wreissenberger/kstars:bugfix_dither_counter into master

With the introduction of the new per job dithering counter, resetting dithering counters has become inconsistent. This change fixes the behavior so that in all cases, resetting works identical.
