Draft: Capture Sequence Editor

Hy Murveit requested to merge murveit/kstars:capture26 into master

The goal of this work is to introduce a new editor for .esq files that can be used when INDI is not connected (e.g. no Capture tab active), or even when Capture and INDI are running and connected -- in that case the changes would not affect the running job.

This is early work.
