In Sequence HFR Check Bugfix

Recent changes to In Sequence focus for HFR Check introduced a bug in Autofocus whereby Autofocus would be incorrectly interrupted by Filter Change, adjusting focuser position with unpredictable results for the Autofocus run. This change reverts Autofocus interactions with Filter Manager to how they were before the HFR Check changes.

This MR needs to be merged before 3.6.8 is released.

Coding and basic testing done. Needs a bit more testing.
