Adding the delay to the first image in the sequence

Wolfgang Reissenberger requested to merge wreissenberger/kstars:feature_capture_initial_delay into master

The configured delay is currently ignored for the first image. This creates an inconsistent behavior when the sequence is used in combination with a scheduler loop. To make this consistent, the delay is also considered for the first image as well.
