Improvements to FOV symbols

This commit carries two improvements:

  1. Display name and size for FOVs that are circular (not just square / rectangular ones)

  2. When a single FOV symbol is enabled to start with, one could already use the Page Up / Page Down keys to cycle through the FOVs. When performing this action, KStars now auto-zooms the sky map so that the FOV occupies a reasonable portion of the screen.
