Bugfix: capture hanging when no FITSViewer is used

Wolfgang Reissenberger requested to merge wreissenberger/kstars:bugfix_capture_no_fitsviewer into master

Meanwhile malfunctioning filter when receiving captured frames removed. This filter leads to hanging capture in the case that the FITS viewer is disabled.
