Refine handling of get/set guide settings in optical trains

  • prevents omitting "setAllSettings()" on a reentry after a restart of the guide module in EKOS
  • prevents skipping the guide binning (or any other) parameter after reentry of guide module, because UI widget is not ready (see forum)
  • simplify finding parent widgets in "setAllSettings()"

I suppose that the other EKOS modules should be refined the same way! Jasem, can you confirm this?
