Fix broken sequence editor

Hy Murveit requested to merge murveit/kstars:capture37 into master

The stand-alone sequence file editor seems to have been broken with some changes in the past months. This was probably in the move to optical-train-based parameters instead of global params, and/or the debouncing of saving of these parameters. This seems to fix the issue.
