Camera selection combo box only if more than one camera active

Wolfgang Reissenberger requested to merge wreissenberger/kstars:feature_capture_preview_caption into master

With the introduction of multiple camera support, the summary view has obtained a combo box for switching the summary view between the active cameras. To avoid misconceptions for users not using this feature, the combo box will be hidden until the second camera becomes active.
