Allow Flat re-calibration on the fly

Konstantin Baranov requested to merge const/kstars:flat-recalib into master

Once calibrated, the same duration is used for the entire sequence even if ADU wanders off the desired range. This does not work for Sky Flats obviously. Do not gate the ADU check by calibration status.

Regression is introduced in 32578a1e.
