Mount Control layout with font metrics

Fabrizio Pollastri requested to merge fabrizio/kstars:mount_control_font_metrics into master

Change all the size specifications of QML items from values given in pixel units to values given as font height units. This allows automatic layout adaptation to different desktop types and different screen resolutions.
