Remove findUnusedOpticalTrain

Remove findUnusedOpticalTrain which is causing an issue in recalling last saved train.

After a train is loaded for the camera or focuser, this function return the first unused optical train and overrides the default settings. To reproduce this, save guide train as default in Capture and restart Ekos, and then the default train would be Primary. With this fix, the default train would be Guide.
