Make Linear focus restart a little gentler.

Hy Murveit requested to merge murveit/kstars:linear-restart into master

Small change to linear (lots of auto reformatting) basically only change is near focusalgorithms.cpp line 287 where it bounds the amount of travel we'll move out if it was determined that the current focus position is too low. Also added a unit test.
