Feature/slew and track sat from context menu

I created a popup menu action to set the tracking parameters and track a satellite based on the functionality offered by the lx200. I tested it yesterday on my equipment. More extensive tests in the coming days, I will create a MR for fixes if something comes up.

More importantly, the functionality has been developed with the lx200 in mind, the required data for tracking might change from mount to mount. I kindly ask you to give it some thought, if you consider some refactoring is needed to increase the level of abstraction please let me know.
