feat: manual rotation dialog in alignment module
Add a manual rotation dialog to the Alignment module in Ekos for Load & Slew.
If the "Rotator" box is checked in Alignment Options and there is no automatic rotator connected, if the solved rotation is not within the threshold set in the Alignment Options, we now show a dialog to instruct the user how much to manually rotate their sensor to match the image loaded with Load & Slew.
If there is a rotator connected, continue doing what we've always done.
