PAA--cleanup test. Update user messaging.

Minor cleanup--the PAA test was using data from Dallas and Kuwait but had its lat/lon set to Silicon Valley.

Also updated a couple user messages

• indicating that polar align is allowed away from the pole,
• highlighting the yellow and green correction lines in color.
